La pand\u00e8mia ha reconfigurat diversos aspectes de les nostres vides: les relacions interpersonals, el treball, la comunicaci\u00f3, leconomia, els estudis, etc. I en aquesta llarga llista de canvis tamb\u00e9 trobem el lideratge. El lideratge \u00e9s fonamental per a l&#039;efic\u00e0cia dels equips de treball i les organitzacions de qu\u00e8 formen part. Els reptes que afronten actualment requereixen una revisi\u00f3 exhaustiva del paper estrat\u00e8gic del lideratge. En aquest afany, cal explorar noves modalitats de lideratge, que permetin respondre efica\u00e7ment a noves necessitats de treball, com el disseny per al canvi i la innovaci\u00f3, la diversitat cultural, la complexitat, el treball basat en el coneixement i les organitzacions virtuals.<\/p>\n<p>La primera pon\u00e8ncia, Gesti\u00f3 i lideratge de persones a l&#039;\u00e8poca postcovid a c\u00e0rrec de Xavier Escales, fundador d&#039;AlwaysPeopleFirst, ens va fer reflexionar sobre conceptes com les softskills, l&#039;employee engagment o el burnout. El valor de l&#039;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 a la societat, que el futur va de persones i de tecnologia i que les persones serem clau sempre. La necessitat de tenir aquestes persones compromeses amb l&#039;empresa i amb els projectes, i com han de ser els bons l\u00edders. Tot seguit, la taula rodona de la primera sessi\u00f3 titulada Noves formes de lideratge, comptem amb la participaci\u00f3 d&#039;Alejandra Mart\u00ednez, managing Director de BICG, Bel\u00e9n Badia, Directora de Persones i Comunicaci\u00f3 d&#039;URIACH i Sandra Tob\u00edas, Directora d&#039;Organitzaci\u00f3 i RRHH d&#039;AGBAR.<\/p>\n<p>La segona jornada i darrera, David Sagrist\u00e0, Director d&#039;Uptitude ens va oferir la pon\u00e8ncia: Compet\u00e8ncies clau a l&#039;entorn virtual. El m\u00f3n virtual ha arribat per quedar-s&#039;hi. A mesura que ens hem anat endinsant en la pand\u00e8mia i el treball a dist\u00e0ncia, hem descobert els nous desafiaments a qu\u00e8 ens enfrontem les organitzacions, els l\u00edders i els col\u00b7laboradors. La formaci\u00f3 d&#039;equips virtuals ofereix molts beneficis, per\u00f2 presenta un risc m\u00e9s gran de desalineaci\u00f3 i manca de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 que pot afectar la confian\u00e7a, la cohesi\u00f3 i el rendiment. Tenim l&#039;oportunitat de portar el lideratge virtual al nivell seg\u00fcent i aprendre a generar un impacte diferent. Aquestes habilitats seguiran sent rellevants al nostre m\u00f3n cada vegada m\u00e9s digital en qu\u00e8 hi haur\u00e0 equips treballant de forma remota, m\u00e9s aut\u00f2noms i amb horaris m\u00e9s divergents.
