Specialized programme in leak detection and repair

This customized programme for specialized training in leak management offered the knowledge and practices necessary for the correct management of the water supply network and to detect and repair physical leaks in the network, all of which forms part of efficient water management.

The programme was based on practical sessions, training in the workplace and theoretical sessions in Barcelona, taught by executive directors from the strategic areas of AGBAR, and also in practical and technical visits to water facilities, which gave the students the opportunity to see first-hand cases of efficiency in leak detection and repair. The business experience was studied with real leak management cases.
