As indicated throughout this report, the School of Water looks to the future as an ally at the disposal of the global agreement to achieve the SDG through the training and inspiration of an entire generation of water professionals and citizens, capable of transforming the world.

CHAPTER 1: THE SCHOOL OF WATER, AN INSTITUTION FOR GLOBAL CHALLENGES

The School of Water offers society the technical and complete water cycle management knowledge that Agbar and Suez Spain have developed over 150 years. This broad experience allows it to incorporate a highly cross-cutting vision of the sector and to be aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, especially education in drinking water and sanitation management, focused on the development of sustainable societies.

CHAPTER 2: TRANSFORMATIVE LIFELONG LEARNING 

The School of Water gears its activities toward the professional and social development of people (over 45,000 in 2017). The contents are updated and adapt to respond to environmental preservation in a wide variety of contexts and based on practical methodologies applied using digital interfaces.

CHAPTER 3: EXPERT KNOWLEDGE ON WATER AND SANITATION 

Knowledge on water management and natural resources is the basis of the School of Water. The experience, the educational skills and the technological tools available to the teaching staff represent a high potential to promote sustainable development in our societies and contribute to the preservation of water ecosystems.

Global challenges stimulate social equity, transparent governance, environmental protection and economic dynamism. The School of Water places its knowledge at the service of the social actors in order to respond to this paradigm and the generation of shared value.
