  • Present a model for the development of new products.
  • Describe the main factors to consider in innovation projects: organization, marketing, planning, agility and project documentation.
  • Point out the need for knowledge management that includes everything that is produced in innovation projects and can be useful to continue their development and for future projects.
  • Explain to what extent risk management is necessary as a preventive activity in innovation projects and as a structured reactive activity in the face of unforeseen events and problems that appear throughout the project.
  • Introduce the management of innovation projects from a point of view of indicator management and their analysis.
  • Make known the strategies to choose the best possible indicators. Know the available indicators, analyze them and assess their use in the phases of innovation projects.
  • Raise the indicators to the analysis of corporate innovative strategies and the analysis of the innovative capacity of the company or the sector of activity.
  • Know the tools, indicators and methodologies that allow analyzing the suitability of the execution of an innovation project, its profitability or its closure
