The content of the course has been elaborated taking as a basis reference the map of professional competences that make up the certificates of professionalism approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy of the Government of Spain for the Vocational Training System for Employment.

Evaluation system

The tests are taken individually and in self-correction format through the virtual campus.

All tests and questions are based on the content taught in each unit.

Diploma

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a diploma issued by the Water School. The diploma includes the name of the course, the number of hours of training, the training units completed and the contents of each unit.

In order to obtain the accredited diploma it will be necessary to have been trained in all the contents of the course and to pass the evaluation tests at the end of each didactic unit.

Safety plans in the mechanical assembly of networks.
Prevention of occupational hazards in the field of network assembly.
Safety means and equipment.
Personal protective equipment (use and maintenance).
Prevention and environmental protection.
Emergencies, evacuation and first aid.
Work areas, safety signs and applicable regulations.

Operations prior to network commissioning

Methods of testing pipe and fitting protections.
Pressure testing procedures.
Network cleaning and disinfection techniques.
Trench backfilling and compaction techniques.

Network commissioning

Sequence of operations and network commissioning procedures.
Manual and automatic systems for network operation.
Procedures to perform outages and restoration of service on a section of a network.
Procedures and instruments for the measurement of parameters in the commissioning of networks.
Operation, adjustment, regulation and control of networks, tanks, pumps and valves in the commissioning of networks.
Factors detrimental to the commissioning of a water network and its treatment.
