With the knowledge of the incorporation of the Middle Level Vocational Training Cycle of Networks and Water Treatment Stations by the Alfons Costafreda Institute of Tárraga, both companies, organizations and public administrations, all of them received it with good vibrations due to the needs that the province has of professional profiles in this sector. The Institute incorporates within its offer, the professional training of water, with dual mode, half of the training is spent in companies, with a full knowledge of what is done in the sector and the other half in the classroom acquiring the necessary knowledge to understand its management.

The incorporation of new profiles of distribution or water treatment, laboratories, swimming pools, manufacturers of water materials, experts in irrigation and in the fruit and vegetable sector, there are endless job opportunities that exist and companies linked to water. There are also many possible professional opportunities that can be obtained at the end of the cycle, assemblers and maintainers of water networks, installers and maintainers of irrigation and fire-fighting systems, installers of water installations in buildings, sewage networks, plant operators and maintenance in water collection plants or water purification plants. They will be the future managers and managers of water management teams.

On February 23rd took place in Lleida, within the FormaOcupa Exhibition, a round table entitled "The Water of the future", a bet by the Alfons Costafreda Institute of Tàrrega where the cycle takes place. Mr. Francesc Alvia, professor of the Institute, Mr. Lluc Pejó, Director of talent of Agbar and director of the Water School together with Jon Pérez, student of the cycle and worker of Agbar, Mr. Miquel Sacrest, General Director of the canal segarra garrigues and Mr. Xavier Diaz Vendrell, director of the community of regants of the Canal D'Urgell, participated in the presentation.
