The Water School launches NEREXA, a new platform aimed specifically at companies and institutions, which evaluates and enhances the capabilities of teams through a diagnosis of professional skills linked to their job (current or future), thus promoting the participant's learning through customized training itineraries. NEREXA is thus positioned as a new tool to assist in the management and control of the training plan, which will allow companies and organizations in the water and environment sector to obtain an accurate assessment of talent, to meet the challenges of upskilling and reskilling and to increase their competitiveness.

With more than 750 hours of technical training for operators, technicians and administrative profiles of customers, NEREXA provides access to a wide range of updated content on water, environment and sustainability allowing a free, flexible and tailored to the needs of each participant.

In order to enhance the correct development of their functions and responsibilities in a more efficient, safe and sustainable way, both the competency diagnosis and the contents of the training itineraries for operator and administrative profiles have been prepared taking as a reference the map of professional competencies that make up the Certificates of Professionalism approved by the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Social Security of the Government of Spain, for the area of Vocational Training for Employment.

In addition, the platform has gamified elements, including the issuance of badges that can be viralized through the participants' professional profiles on social networks, thus increasing their visibility.
