AGBAR's Water School participates in the European project 3LOEThe new globalization process, which seeks to address the challenges in the fields of energy, climate and environmental protection, requires a comprehensive reorientation and forward-looking innovations to respond to the flagrant and growing shortage of qualified workers, the large skill deficits, especially in the green economy, the loss of attractiveness and low qualification of vocational training, the low rates of continuing education and insufficient orientation of offers to the needs of companies, among other challenges linked to demographics, innovation and productivity.

  • Achieving sustainable skills upgrading, ensuring the demand for young professionals, managers and entrepreneurs and strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs in the green economy.
  • To achieve energy savings, the use of renewable energies, as well as environmental and climate protection by qualified and innovative companies.
