Main Objectives

Explore the characterization of the supply system.
Determine the health risk associated with the hazards identified in the supply.
Conceptually define a Health Risk Prevention Plan or HACCP Plan, based on the understanding of the HACCP methodology.
Examine verification methods of the defined prevention plan.
Documentally manage the implementation process, making reference to the ISO 22000:2005 standard as a guide for the certification of water safety management systems.
